HomeMy WebLinkAbout52-03 • 1110 RESOLUTION NO. 5 2 0 3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT (Lands of Korman) WHEREAS, Joshua Korman and Siobhan Korman as Trustees of the Fink Family Trust ("Owners"), own the property located at Altadena Drive, Kingsley Avenue and Lowell Avenue in Los Altos Hills, California, with the Assessor's Parcel Number 175-21-115 ("Property"); and WHEREAS, Owners have offered to grant to the Town an easement of approximately 25 square feet for ingress and egress, and for the construction, operation and maintenance of existing and future pathway facilities, for bicycle, pedestrian and equestrian use, together with right of access thereto over the a portion of the Property("Access Easement"); and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in the public interest to accept the grant of the Access Easement; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the purposes therein described, the Grant of Access Easement attached to this Resolution as Attachment A, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute,the Grant of Access Easement.
