RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING STREET DEDICATION
(Lands of Zatparvar)
WHEREAS, Nader Zatparvar and Parivash R. Zatparvar, husband and wife as joint
tenants ("Owners"), own the property located at 24801 Prospect Avenue in Los Altos Hills,
California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code")
authorizes the Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way
of sufficient width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is
requested for a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or
contiguous road rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owners have dedicated a certain portion of
their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-way
dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.

FOR 30' STREET DEDICATION
Situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
being a portion of the lands of Zatparvar as described in the grant deed, which was
recorded on July 23, 2002 as Document No. 16380388, Official Records of Santa Clara
County, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southeasterly corner of said lands of Zatparvar (Doc. No.
16380388 O.R.), said point also being on the centerline of Prospect Avenue;
1. thence along the southerly line of Zatparvar and along said centerline, North
73°37'30"West, a distance of 120.25 feet, to an angle point in said centerline;
2. thence continuing along the said southerly line of Zatparvar and along said
centerline, North 81°15'30" West, a distance of 92.37 feet, to the most
southwesterly corner of Zatparvar;
3. thence leaving said centerline, along the westerly line of Zatparvar, North
05°08'30" East, a distance of 30.06 feet to a line which is parallel with and 30.00
feet perpendicular, distant northerly, from the centerline of Prospect Avenue;
4. thence along said parallel line, South 81°15'30" East, a distance of 96.26 feet to
an angle point;
5. thence continuing along said parallel line, South 73°37'30" East, a distance of
116.29 feet, to the easterly line of Zatparvar;
