RESOLUTION NO. 1-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
2001-2002 WEED CONTROL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Director of Public Works for the Town of Los
Altos Hills did duly consider and examine the proposal submitted to it by Clark Pest
Control for the 2001-2002 Weed Control Program-Phase II,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Director of Public Works recommends that the
contract for said project be awarded to the Clark Pest Control for the amount of
$17,125.00.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
awarded contract to Clark Pest Control on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
Passed and adopted on this 3rd day of January , 2002
