RESOLUTION NO. 25-02
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED
THE WORK OF THE
"PAVEMENT AND STORM DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CIP99-00",
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK,
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") has,
in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk her notice or certificate
certifying that the work under contract describe as the Elena Road Pavement
Management and Storm Drain Project, CIP 99-00, has been substantially
completed in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said project, and
has recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the
CityEngineer is hereby acceptedted as substantially complete, and the approriate
officer of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above-
described work.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of
said project within ten (10) days from the date of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March , 2002.
