RESOLUTION NO. 35-02 .
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF. THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT ON LANDS OF KACHRU
WHEREAS, Ravinder Kachru and Anjali Dhar, ("Owners") have offered to dedicate
an easement to the Town on the Lands of Kachru; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
that Grant of Pathway Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
L.
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Pathway Easement on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement.

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
Ravinder Kachru and Anjali Dhar, husband and wife as Community Property
(collectively "Owners") of 13620 Roble Alto Court, Los Altos Hills, California, do hereby
grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California, a perpetual
right and nonexclusive easement for equestrian, bicycle, and pedestrian pathway
purposes, together with a right of access thereto,.on, under, over, and along the real
property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described and shown more fully as follows:
See Exhibit A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Owners shall not place any structures and/or improvements on said easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.

The land referred to herein is situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo,
Town of Los Altos Hills, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 30, as shown on that certain map entitled "TRACT NO. 5098,
MATADERO OAKS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara.County in Book 334 of Maps, at page 12, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 30; thence from said point of
beginning, along the southeastern line thereof South 53°07'51" West, 85.56 feet to a
point; thence leaving said line northwesterly along a non-tangent curve having a radius
of 414.00 feet, concave to the northeast, a radial line of said curve through said point
bears South 43°22'09" West, through a central angle of 1°51'59", an arc length of
13.49 feet; thence North 44°45'52" West, 213.50 feet to the northwestern line of said _
Lo�'30 thence along sa d'lirie North 61°01'07" East, 87.29 feet to the rnost northerly
corner thereof; thence along the northeastern line thereof South 44°45'52" East, 189.76
