HomeMy WebLinkAbout68-02 • • Y , RESOLUTION NO 68-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2001-2002 PHASE II-STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, in open session, duly consider and examine all bids submitted to the Town for the construction of 2001-2002 Phase II—Street Rehabilitation Project; and WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has reviewed Change Order No. 1 and recommended that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approve said change order in the amount of$147,386.30; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to approve Change Order No. 1 to the contract with the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
