RESOLUTION NO 107-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING CANVASS RETURNS AND
RESULT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON
NOVEMBER 5, 2002
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election was held in the Town of Los Altos Hills on
November 5, 2002 for the purpose of electing two members to the City Council of Los Altos
Hills, and the returns of this election have been determined and declared in all respects as
required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Clerk of the Town is hereby instructed to enter this Resolution in
Minutes of this Council as a statement of the result of this election.
2. The total number of ballots cast in the Town at the General Municipal Election
of November 5,2002 was 3832 ballots. No ballots were spoiled and not counted.
3. The list of candidates nominated for the offices to be filled at the General
Municipal Election and the names of the candidates which were set forth in the petitions
assembled and filed with the City Clerk, as required by law, and the number of votes cast in
favor of each in favor of each of the candidates was as follows:

5. Breene Kerr and Dean Warshawsky received the highest number of votes cast for the
Office of City Councilmember for which easch was a candidate, and these persons were thereby
elected to the office of City Council for four (4) year terms. The City Clerk is hereby
authorized to sign and deliver to Breene Kerr and Dean Warshawsky a Certificate of Election
and to administer to them the Oath of Office prescribed in the Constitution of the State of
California.
