RESOLUTION NO. 112-02
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES
(Lands of Perry)
WHEREAS, section 10-2.1202 of the Town Municipal Code ("Code") provides for the
Planning Director or Planning Commission under certain circumstances to require dedication of
a right-of-way of sufficient width to conform to current Town standards where contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to such provision of the Code the owner of 27411 Altamont Road
("Owner") is dedicating a certain portion of property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-way
satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town hereby accepts the dedication of the right-of-way described and
depicted in the Right of Way Dedication attached to this resolution as Attachment A and does
hereby authorize the execution of the Dedication by1E,the Mayor on behalf of the Town;

TO THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS

THIS DEDICATION, is made this .544"day ofD.emicer2002, by John William
and Pauline Ann Perry, Trustee of The Perry Family Trust, owner of the property at
27411 Altamont Road, Los Altos Hills, California("Owner") to and for the benefit of the
Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town").
Section 1. Owner does hereby offer to dedicate for right of way purposes that
portion of property at 27411 Altamont Road described and depicted in Exhibit A attached
to this Dedication("Right of Way").
Section 2. Such dedication of Right of Way is hereby accepted by the Town.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has properly executed, and the Town has
