Home My WebLink About117-02 • RESOLUTION NO. 117-02 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES (Lands of McNutt) WHEREAS, the Town owned a 10-foot sanitary sewer easement crossing Matadero Creek on the Lands of McNutt through which an 8-inch sanitary sewer pipeline ran; and WHEREAS, due to channel bedding erosion in Matadero Creek the pipeline was replaced in January 2002 and relocated 10 feet southward; and WHEREAS, due to such relocation the Town agreed to vacate the easement and accept the grant of a new easement ("Sanitary Sewer Easement") over the route of the relocated pipeline; and WHEREAS,the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in the public interest to accept the grant of the Sanitary Sewer Easement; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the purposes therein described, the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement attached to this Resolution as Attachment A. Section 2.
