This Document is Recorded Copies. . aC015o38154 AMT PAID For the Benefit of the Town of Los Altos Hills - RDE # 010 And is Exempt from Fee BRENDA DAV I S 4/16/2001 Per Government.Code SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDER 2:00 PM Sections 6103 and 27383 Recorded d at the request of City When Recorded, Mail to: Town of Los Altos Hills t ' ' 3a ftS 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 Attention: City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 21--01 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, Small Holders Associated Real Estate, Inc, a California Corporatior\, Western Title insurance Company, a Corporation, as Trustee and Pato Alto Financi9i Corporation, as Trustee (collectively, "Grantors") irrevocably offered for dedication public utilities easements to the Town within a portion of Chaparral Way and extending through to Julietta Lane as shown on that Tract Map No. 5266, accepted for record and recorded in Book 323 of Maps at page 23 ("Public Utilities Easements") recorded on May 18, 1973, as File No. 4521034, a reduced copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, on April 18, 1972, the Town's City Council ("Council") acknowledged but rejected the Public Utility Easement pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act Section 66477.1 and reserved the right to accept the Public Utility Easement at any time in the future pursuant to Subdivision Map Act Section 66477.2; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has considered that Offer of Dedication and wishes to accept the Public Utility Easement at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE that the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Offer of Dedication of the Public Utility Easement on behalf of the public.
