RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
ADJACENT TO FREMONT ROAD AND CAMPO VISTA LANE
ON LANDS OF CAMPBELL AND LIGETI
WHEREAS, Gordon A. Campbell and Maria S. Ligeti, Trustees of the Gordon A.
Campbell and Maria S. Ligeti Revocable Living Trust dated March 31, 1987 have offered
to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the"Town")on Lands of Campbell
and Ligeti adjacent to Fremont Road and Campo Vista Lane;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication
of right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication
of property on Lands of Campbell and Ligeti for a right of way on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way.

Gordon A. Campbell.and Maria S. Ligeti, Trustees of the Gordon A. Campbell and
Maria S. Ligeti Revocable Living Trust dated March 31, 1987 (collectively, "Owner") of the
property commonly known as 25750 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, does hereby dedicate to the Town of Los Altos Hills("Town"), a general
law city of the State of California, property for right of way purposes, situated in the Town,
described and shown in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and mad, part hereof.
