RESOLUTION NO. 36-01
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF-BEESE
WHEREAS, Robert J. Beese and Constance J. Beese, Trustees of the Beese
Revocable Trust dated April 24, 2000, ("Owner") has offered to dedicate an easement to
the Town on the Lands of Beese; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. - The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public. •
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement.
- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7thday of June, 2001.

GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT

Robert J. Beese and Constance J. Beese, Trustees of the Beese Revocable Trust
dated April 24, 2000,("Owner") of 12827 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, California, do
hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general lawcity of the State of California, a
perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for sanitary sewer purposes, together with a
right of access thereto, on, under, over, and along the real property situated in the Town
of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described and shown more
fully as follows:
See Exhibits A & B attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Owner shall not place any structures and/or improvements on said easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has executed this instrument.

MEASUREMENT, SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS
THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
-COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, AND BEING A
PORTION OF LOT 12, AS SHOWN UPON THAT SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED
