HomeMy WebLinkAbout49-01 RESOLUTION NO. 49-01 • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE • TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO FREMONT ROAD ON LANDS OF WADHWANI WHEREAS, Romesh Wadhwani and Kathleen E. Wadhwani, Trustees of the Romesh .and Kathleen_Wadhwani_Trust_Agreement dated-July-11 199 -(collectively; - "Owner") has offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the"Town") - on Lands of Wadhwani adjacent to Fremont Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Wadhwani for a right of way on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way.
