HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-01 • • RESOLUTION NO. 75-01 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO HILLVIEW ROAD ON LANDS OF SCHAEPE & CHIU WHEREAS, Christopher J. Schaepe and Jennie C. Chiu have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Schaepe & Chiu adjacent to Hillview Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Schaepe & Chiu for a right of way on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this t day of N ov , 2001.
