Home My WebLink About32-00 _ Y _ S • RESOLUTION NO. 32-00 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT ON LANDS OF LAUB WHEREAS, Donald R. Laub and Julia M. Laub, Trustees of the Laub Family Trust Agreement dated May 16, 1997, have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Laub; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Pathway Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public. r- 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement.
