RESOLUTION NO. 32-00
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF LAUB
WHEREAS, Donald R. Laub and Julia M. Laub, Trustees of the Laub Family Trust
Agreement dated May 16, 1997, have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the
Lands of Laub; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of
Pathway Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Pathway Easement on behalf of the public.

2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 2000.

GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
Donald R. Laub and Julia M. Laub, Trustees of the Laub Family Trust Agreement
dated May 16, 1997, (collectively "Owners") of 28140 Story Hill Lane, Los Altos Hills,
California, do hereby grant to-the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State
of California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for equestrian, bicycle, and
pedestrian pathway purposes,together with a right of access thereto,on, under, over, and
along the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described and shown more fully as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Owner shall not place any other structures and/or improvements on said easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.

All that certain real property in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Being a 10.00 foot wide strip of land, over Parcel 1, as shown on that certain Parcel.Map,
which was filed for record on February 12, 1991, in Book 624 of Maps, at Pages 8 through
9, Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the westerly boundary of said Parcel 1, said angle point also
being the southwesterly corner of Parcel 2, as shown on said Parcel Map;
Thence, leaving the westerly boundary of said Parcel 1, and.along the westerly boundary
of the "10' Pathway Easement", as shown on said Parcel Map, South 2°19'03" West, 44.82
feet, to a point on a line parallel, and 10.00 feet distant, measured at a right angle, with the
westerly boundary of said Parcel 1;
Thence, along said parallel line, South 15°12'32" West, 293.30 feet;
Thence, South 18°16'10" East, 41.97 feet, to a point on the westerly boundary of that
certain "10' Pedestrian Equestrian Easement", which was originally dedicated over Lot
One, as shown on that certain map entitled "Tract No. 6518", which was filed for record on
August 27, 1979, in Book 441 of Maps, at Pages 35 through 39, Santa Clara County
Records;
Thence, along the westerly boundary of said "10' Pedestrian Equestrian Easement", South
16°00'56" West, 17.75 feet, to an angle point on the westerly boundary of said "10'
Pedestrian Equestrian Easement";
Thence, leaving the westerly boundary of said "10' Pedestrian Equestrian Easement",
North 18°16'10" West, 59.65 feet, to a point on the westerly boundary of said Parcel 1;
Thence, along the westerly boundary of said Parcel 1, North 15°12'32" East, 340.00 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 3,675 square feet, more or less.
