RESOLUTION NO. 49-00
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK OF THE
"PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT CIP98-99",
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK,
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the Public Works Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town")
has, in writing, made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate
certifying that the work under contract described as the Pavement Management and Storm
Drain Improvement Project C1P98-99, has been completed in conformance with the Plans
and Specifications for said project, and has recommended that said work be accepted as
complete and satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice of the Public
Works Manager is hereby accepted as substantially complete, and the appropriate officer
of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning the above-described work.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project
within ten(10) days from the date of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July , 2000.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Granite Construction Company, on July 15,
1999, did enter into a contract for the Pavement Management and Storm Drain
Improvement Project C1P98-99, in Los Altos Hills, situated in Santa Clara County, with
the Town of Los Altos Hills. Said improvements were completed in accordance with the
Plans and Specifications adopted by the City Council and upon the terms and conditions
set forth and identified by the written contract.
On the 10th day of July, 2000, the work provided to be done under the contract
was fully completed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public board for whom the above-
described work was done is the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, and that the name and address of the political
subdivision for which the above-described work was done is the Town of Los Altos Hills,
State of California, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California 94022.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the name of the contractor by whom the
above-described work was done is as follows:
