Town of Los Altos Hills and is 1111 1 Cop i es. . ix0615341693KE Exempt from Fee per Government AMT PAID Code Sections 27381 and 6103 When Recorded, Mail to: , BRENDA DAVIS RDE # 001/016 SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDER 8/02/2000 City Clerk Recorded at the request of 2:24 PM Town of Los Altos Hills City 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 RESOLUTION NO. 52-00 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS TO PARTIALLY VACATE SUMMARILY THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT ON LANDS OF MOON LANE DEVELOPMENT, LLC WHEREAS,for the benefit of the general public,a conservation easement("Original Easement") was placed on Lot 3 of Moon Lane subdivision ("Property") 8s described in that certain parcel map, which was filed for record in the Santa Clara County Recorder's Office on July 18, 1996, in Book 679 of Maps, Pages 41 through 44; and WHEREAS, Moon Lane Development, LLC, the current owner of the Property ("Owners"), have requested that the Original Easement be partially vacated because it will be superseded by relocation; and WHEREAS, concurrently herewith, the Owner will dedicate to the Town a new conservation easement over the Property("New Easement"),which offer will be accepted by the Town at this time; and WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town now desires summarily to partially vacate the Original Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town, pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Chapter 4, Section 8333, et seq., hereby partially vacates the Original Easement as described and shown in Exhibits A and B hereto, and finds that a portion of the Original Easement has been superseded by relocation. The Parcel Map showing the location of the Original Easement was filed on July 18, 1996, and is on file in the Santa Clara County Recorder's Office in Book 679 of Maps, Pages 41 through 44. 3. From and after the date this resolution is recorded in the Santa Clara County Recorder's Office, a portion of the Original Easement as described and shown on Exhibits A and B attached hereto shall no longer constitute a conservation easement.
