HomeMy WebLinkAbout58-00 W , • RESOLUTION NO. 58-00 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PAVEMENT and STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT CIP 99-00 WHEREAS, the Public Works Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, in open session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to the Town for the construction of Pavement and Storm Drainage Improvements Project; CIP 99-00 and WHEREAS, the Public Works Manager recommends that the contract for said project, including Additive Alternate 1, be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, O'Grady Paving Inc., for the amount of$ 1,277,398.75; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the awarded contract to the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
