RESOLUTION NO. 74-00
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
ADJACENT TO PURISSIMA ROAD
ON LANDS OF DAVAR
WHEREAS, JONATHAN DAVAR AND DEWI DAVAR have offered to
dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of
Davar adjacent to Elena Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that
dedication of the right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the TOWN does RESOLVE as
follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the
dedication of property on Lands of Davar for a right of way on behalf of the
public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way.

DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
Jonathan Davar and Dewi Davar ("Owners") of 26541 Purissima Road, Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, do hereby dedicate to the Town of Los
Altos Hills ("Town"), a general law city of the State of California, property for right of way
purposes, situated in the Town, described and shown in Exhibits A-1 and A-2, attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.
