RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PATHWAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Long)
WHEREAS, Timothy J. Long and Claranne R. Long, trustees of the Long
Living Trust ("Owners"), are the owners of the property commonly known as 14060
Baleri Ranch Road, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Owners have offered to dedicate to the Town an easement for the
construction, operation and maintenance of existing and future pathway facilities, for
pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian use ("Pathway Easement"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary and proper and in
the public interest to accept the dedication of the Pathway Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public, and for the
purposes therein described, the Dedication of Pathway Easement attached to this
Resolution as Attachment A.
Section 2. The Town shall accept, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute, the Certificate of Acceptance for the Dedication of Pathway
Easement.

THIS DEDICATION is made this 26 . day of JQa d , 204-0, by Timothy J.
Long and Claranne R. Long, trustees of the Long Living Trust ( 'Owners"), the owners of the
propertylocated at 14060 Baleri Ranch Road, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit
of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owners do hereby offer to dedicate to Town an easement for the
construction, operation and maintenance of existing and future pathway facilities, for pedestrian,
bicycle and equestrian use that portion of the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit A attached
hereto ("Pathway Easement").
Section 2. Owners shall not allow the placement or construction of any structures or
improvements on the Pathway Easement property.
Section 3. The Town hereby accepts the dedication of the Pathway Easement.

Legal Description
PATHWAY EASEMENT
14060 Baleri Ranch Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022
All that certain real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 1, as shown on that certain Map of Tract No. 6891, entitled `Baleri Ranch
Subdivision", filed for record on. July 17, 1980 in Book 467 of Maps at Pages 1 through 3
inclusive, Records of Santa Clara County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 1;
Thence leaving said corner and along the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, South 49°02'50" East,
16.34 feet to the beginning of a non -tangent curve, concave to the west, having a Radius of
115.00 feet, from which a radial line bears North 82°41'37" West, said point being also the True
Point of Beginning of this description;.
Thence leaving said point and said northeasterly line of said Lot 1, the following five (5)
courses:
1) Southerly along said curve, through a central Angle of 03°12'51" for an arc Length of
6.45 feet;
2) South 10°31' 13" West, 65.96 feet;
3) South 18051'44" West, 39.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right, having
a Radius of 5.00 feet;
4) Southwesterly along said curve, through a central Angle of 91'46'51", for an 'arc Length
