ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioner Spencer and Chalrman Lawson Assent: Commissioner Phillips B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: (None) C. CURRENT BUSINESS: 1, PUBLIC HEARING ON THE LX) OF SUZE: (BSA 102-73) Mr. W. L. McCabe, Owner. Mr. John Riley, Engineer. Tom Vlasic, Assistant to the Town Planner, Illustrated the mrLesi for Building Site Approval on the Land of Suze as It relates to the Staff Memorandum. MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Spencer moved, seconded by Chairman Lawson and unanimously carried, that the request for Building Site Approval for Land of Suze be approved with the following conditions: 1. Recommendations of the Pathway Committee. 2. Recommendations of the Health Department. 3. in Ileu park and recreation fees per Section 0-4.806 c! -ae municipal code. 4. Storm Drainage Assessment Fund per Section 9-4,905 of the municipal code. Inasmuch as thissite Is already created, It falls under the "cae.;or?tally" exempt provisions of the EQA. 2. PUBLIC HEARING ON W. L. MC CABE: (BSA 103-73) Mr. W. L. McCabe, Owner. Mr. John Riley, Engineer. Tom Vlasic Illustrated the request for Building Site Approval on the Land of W. L. McCabe as it relates to the Staff Memorandum. LO - 2 - MOTION, SECONDED AND APPROVED: Moved by Commissioner Spencer, Seconded by Chairman Lawson and unanimously carried that the request for Building Site Approval for W. L. McCabe be approved with the following conditions: I. Recommendations of the Pathway Committee. 2. Recommendations of the Health Department. 3. The access driveway be Improved to Town standards as required by the Town Engineer. 4. The number and location of trees shown on the BSA map dated 5/29/73 be verified to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer. 5. In lieu park and recreation fees per soctton 9-4.806 of the municipal code. 6. Storm Drainage Assessment fund per section 9-4.905 of the municipal code. Inasmuch as thissite Is already created, It faits under the "categorically" exempt provisions of EQA. ( 3. PUBLIC HEARING ON RICHARD P. DELLA VEDOWA: (BSA 101-73) Mr. Richard P. Della Vedowa, Owner/Developer. Mr. Paul Nowack, Engineer. Tom Vlasic illustrated the request for Building Site Approval of Richard P. Della Vedowa as It relates to the Staff Memorandum. MOTION, SECONDED AND APPROVED: Chairman Lawson moved, seconded by Commissioner Spencer and unani musty carried that the request for Building Site Approval for Richard P. Delta Vedowa be approved with the following conditions: 1. A soils and geology report shall be submitted at the Site Development Permit Stage. 2. Pathway Committee Recommendations. 3. Drill a test bore In the proposed drainfield area (locaiion of test bore to be determined by Health Department. 4. Con%in runoff water from Adonna Court in a closed concrete ( pipe (pipe may be run in swale). This construction shall be I supervised by a licensed engineer. LO 4W V - 3 - 5. Fill and compact swale to maximum compaction. 6. Septic tank drainfleld must not be closer than 25 feet from the swale center after the swale Is filled. 7. Obtain water for domestic purposes from the Purissima Hills County Water District. 8. Prior to any excavation on property contact the Health Department regarding placement of fill. 9. A septic tank permit will be Issued for a sewage disposal system on this lot provided the application Is In compliance with Town of Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Title 6, Chapter 4. This lot will require 600 feet of drainfield plus area for 100% expansion and a 1,500 gallon septic tank. 10. In lieu park and recreation fees per section 9-4.806 of the municipal code. 11. Storm Dra!nage Assessment Fund per section 9-4.405 of the municipal code. Inasmuch as this site is already created, it falls under the "categorically" exempt provision of the CEQA. D.
