ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Lawson, Commissioner Magruder and Commissioner Young. Absent: Mone B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 22, 1973 MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Young moved, seconded by Chairman Lawson and carried with a majority vote that the minutes of August 22, 1973 be received and filed. C. CURRENT BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR BUILDING SITE APPROVAL. lir. & Mrs. Pavesi (BSA 105-73) 6W MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Young moved, seconded by Chairman Lawson and carried with a majority vote that the Building Site Approval be approved with the conditions contained in the staff memo dated August 15, 1973, with the addition of an 8th recommendation stating that all improvements shall be made or a bond posted for such improvements and all fees paid before this Building Site Approval is deemed approved. MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Chairman Lawson moved, seconded by Comm- issioner Young and carried with a majority vote that the Building Site Approval for Pavesi is categorically exempt and that the Notice of De- termination be filed with the County Clerk. D. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS: A suggestion by Commissioner Magruder was made that all Board of Planning Administration members be appointed from the Environmental Planning Commission and that each member serve three months instead of the current two months with one new member being appointed each month. E. ADJOURNMENT: MOTION SECONDED AMD CARRIED: Commissioner Magruder moved, seconded by Chairman Lawson and unanimously carried that the meeting of September 12, L 1973 be adjourned at 7:15P.M..
