Chairman Lawson called the meeting of the Board of Planninn Administration
to order in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, at 6:5n P,M.

City "tanager Lawson stated the Minutes of Septenher 2F, 1073, were filed
only, as submitted, not moved, seconded and approved.
Motion was made ty Commissioner '1UELLE:", seconded by Commissioner CARICO,
the Minutes of `!ovember 26, 1973, be approved as amended. ?lotion was
unanimously approved.
NOTED APPEAL FILED WITH CITY COU9CIL ON LAI:DS OF CREASY

the board of Planning Administration, for the Lands of Creasy Buil.dina
Site, had been filed by the applicant, with the City Council, and the
appeal will be heard at the Council 'ieeting on December In, 1973.

the building site be approved, subject to the conditions listed.
iIr. John Riley, representing the applicant, noted the applicant was
aware of the noise problen created by Interstate Hinhway 2?O, and asked
if the Town had standards on the noise abatement problem.
City Janager Lawson stated at the nresent tine, t'iere are no To -•,n noise
abatement standards.
lotion was made by Corriissioner MUELLER, seconded by Commissioner CAR.ICO,
the building site for Lands of Shirnock be approved, subject to the con-
ditions reconmended by the staff. 'otion was unanimously approved.

the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Lawson adjourned the meetinq at
