HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-97 RESOLUTION NO. 65-97 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO BURKE ROAD ON LANDS OF RABBANI WHEREAS, JAMAL RABBANI and RAFI RABBANI, Trustees of the Rabbani 1991 Declaration of Trust as to an undivided 50% interest and MEHDI MOHAMMADIAN and FERESHTEH MOHAMMADIAN, Trustees of the Mohammadian Living Trust dated 7-31-90 as to an undivided 50% interest have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Rabbani adjacent to ' Burke Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. • NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows : 1 . . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of. Rabbani for a right of way on behalf of the public . 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the • Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way.
