HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-97 . • • • RESOLUTION NO. 78-97 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE • TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF HU WHEREAS, FU-KING HU and TERRY L. HU, Husband and Wife, ("Hu") have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Hu; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Storm Drain Easement . NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows : 1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public. 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Storm Drain Easement . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October , 1997 .
