HomeMy WebLinkAbout79-97 J . . • 111 RESOLUTION NO. 79-97 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE TOWN OF_LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF PATHWAY EASEMENT ON LANDS OF COFFMAN WHEREAS, GLENN F. COFFMAN and MICHELE COFFMAN, husband and wife, ("Coffman") have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Coffman; and -: WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Pathway Easement . NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as - follows : . 1 .- The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby - accepts the Grant of Pathway Easement on behalf of the public . 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized arid directed to execute the Grant of Pathway Easement . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October , 1997 .
