HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-97 • RESOLUTION NO. 84-97 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO BARLEY HILL ROAD ON LANDS OF CHAMBERS WHEREAS, GREGORY J. CHAMBERS and NANCY CHAMBERS, husband and wife as community property, have offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") on Lands of Chambers adjacent to Barley Hill Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows : 1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of Chambers for a right of way on behalf of the public . 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November , 1997 .
