RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF JANSSEN
WHEREAS, Manon Janssen, as Trustee of the Manon Janssen
Revocable Trust dated May 12 , 1994, ("Janssen") has offered to
dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Janssen; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
. that Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, City
the Council of the Town doesRESOLVE SOL E as
follows :
1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
accepts the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the
public.
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November , 1997 .

GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
MANON JANSSEN, as Trustee of the Manon Janssen Revocable Trust
dated May 12 , 1994, ("Owner" ) of 26415 Anacapa Drive, Los Altos
Hills, California, does hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos
Hills, a general law city of the State of California, a perpetual
right and nonexclusive easement for sanitary sewer purposes,
together with a right of access thereto, on, under, over, and along
the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described more fully as
follows : -
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
Owner shall not place any structures and/or improvements on
said easement .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner has executed this instrument .
