RESOLUTION NO. 20-96
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING DISPOSITION
OF PROPERTY ON OAK KNOLL CIRCLE
WHEREAS, the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ("Town'.') has vacated a
portion of Oak Knoll Circle which the City Council has determined
to be excess right of way; and
WHEREAS, the Town has approved a lot line adjustment between
this right of way and Lands of Saah; and
WHEREAS, the sale of the excess right of way is for the common
benefit of the Town citizens as it will relieve the Town of
maintenance responsibilities and possible liability related to this
excess right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE,, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows:
1. The Town shall sell the property described in the
attached Deed' to IBRAHIM D. SAAH and WIDAD I. SAAH, Trustees of the
Saah Family Revocable Living Trust, in return for payment of the
transaction costs related to this sale.
2. The Town hereby approves the Quitclaim Deed attached
hereto as Exhibit A., and the Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf
of the Town to execute the Quitclaim Deed.

the Saah Family Revocable Living Trust, the following described
real property in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa
Clara, State of California:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
THE GRANTOR IS EXECUTING THIS INSTRUMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF
RELINQUISHING ALL OF GRANTORS' RIGHTS, TITLE, AND INTEREST.
THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR DECLARES THAT NO DOCUMENTARY TRANSFER TAX
IS DUE AS THE VALUE OF THIS PROPERTY IN THIS CONVEYANCE IS $100.00
OR LESS AND GRANTOR WILL RECEIVE NO ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION.
