RESOLUTION NO, 37-96
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
FOR LANDS OF LINDY
WHEREAS,the City Engineer has examined the proposed Final Subdivision
Map entitled; BEING A PORTION OF PARCEL 3,AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN
RECORD OF SURVEY,FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK 127 OF MAPS,PAGE 4,
SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS AND LYING ENTIRELY WITHIN THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA; and has determined that the said Map is in
conformity with a portion of the approved tentative map for said map,the
requirements of Chapter 1 entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills
Municipal Code and the Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS,the City Council has read and considered that certain Subdivision
Agreement and that certain Reimbursement Agreement between the Town of Los
Altos Hills (the "Town") and Lindy Properties I;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town hereby approves the above-described
Final Subdivision Map and accepts on behalf of the public any streets,roadways,
ways or easements offered for dedication and delineated on the Map,excepting
that portion of Parcel 2 designated as "Future Public Right of Way".
2. The Town shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above-described Subdivision Agreement and
Reimbursement Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May , 1996.
