RESOLUTION NO. 39-96
A RESOLUTION OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AMENDING THE FEE AND DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
REGARDING ANIMAL CONTROL CHARGES AND APPEALS
WHEREAS,the current fee and deposit schedule adopted by the Town for
various services and permits needs to be amended to adjust animal control
charges to reflect the cost of service to the Town and to provide an exception
from appeal fees; and
WHEREAS,before adopting the fee and deposit schedule the Town held a
noticed public hearing, at which oral and written presentation could be made, as
part of a regularly scheduled meeting;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The fee and deposit schedule, as amended by Exhibits A and
B attached hereto,is hereby adopted by the City Council and the fees and
deposits set forth in that schedule shall apply to all permits and services set forth
in that schedule,until such fee schedule is amended by the City Council.
Section 2. The amended fee schedule shall become effective on the July
1, 1996.

REVISIONS TO ANIMAL CONTROL CHARGES
Revise Part IIIE (Animal Control Charges) as follows (additions in bold and
deletions in strikethzfough format):
