Home My WebLink About52-96 ' .2 3 PA 61,3 0 7 RESOLUTION NO. 52-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF EWALD WHEREAS, DAVID C. EWALD and SALLY A. EWALD have offered to grant easements to the Town of Los Altos Hills on the Lands of Ewald; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement and Grant of Storm Drain Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement and Grant of Storm Drain Easement on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement and the Grant of Storm Drain Easement which are attached hereto.
