HomeMy WebLinkAbout28-99 RESOLUTION NO. 28-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF BUDGET FROM THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT CIP97-98 TO CIP98-99 WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on October 15, 1997, adopted the Capital Budget for the 1997-98 Year; and WHEREAS, a sum of $20,972.55 was not used for slurry seal of streets due to postponement; and WHEREAS, the same streets have been included for slurry seal in this C1P98-99 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The sum of Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Two Dollars and Fifty Five Cents ($20,972.55) is hereby appropriated to the Capital Project 467901. Section 2. The total appropriated amount of the Capital Improvement Budget for each account area of the Budget may be drawn upon in the form of warrants issued for payments of demands and certified in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Sections 37208 and 37209. Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve the Capital Improvement Budget as specified above. A copy of the approved budget shall be kept on file with the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June , 1999. B y: ayor T: i' City Cl
