RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON LANDS OF DENNY
WHEREAS, George V. Denny III and Barbara L. Denny, Trustees of the Denny
Revocable Family Trust dated December 13, 1990, as to an undivided 80% interest, and
Adrienne Hetzendorfer, Trustee of the Barbara L. and George V. Denny III Charitable
Remainder Unitrust as to a twenty percent(20%) undivided interest, collectively:("Denny")
have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills("Town")on the Lands
of Denny; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the TowndoesRESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public.
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant.of Sanitary Sewer Easement.

GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
George V. Denny III and Barbara L. Denny, Trustees of the Denny Revocable
Family Trust dated December 13, 1990, as to an undivided 80% interest, and Adrienne
Hetzendorfer, Trustee of the Barbara L. and George V. Denny III Charitable Remainder
Unitrust as to a twenty percent (20%) undivided interest, collectively ("Owners") of 25400
La Loma Drive, Los Altos Hills, California, respectively, do hereby grant to the Town of Los
Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive
easement for sanitary sewer purposes, together with a right of access thereto, on, under,
over, and along the real property situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described and shown in Exhibit A attached hereto
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from all structures and
improvements.

A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT OVER THE LANDS OF DENNY, AS SAID LANDS ARE
DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DEED RECORDED ON NOVEMBER 13, 1997 UNDER
RECORDER'S SERIAL NUMBER 13936412, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SANTA CLARA
COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. AND BEING A PORTION OF LOT 6, AS SHOWN ON
THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED "MAP OF THE PARTITION OF A PART OF THE SAN
ANTONIO RANCHO,MADE FOR F. G. SANBORN AND H. J. STONE",WHICH SAID MAP
