Denny III and Barbara L. Denny, Trustees of the Denny Revocable Family Trust dated December 13, 1990, as to an undivided 80% interest, and Adrienne Hetzendorfer, Trustee of the Barbara L. and George V. Denny III Charitable Remainder Unitrust as to a twenty percent(20%) undivided interest, collectively:("Denny") have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills("Town")on the Lands of Denny; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the TowndoesRESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public. 2.
