RESOLUTION NO. 47-99
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON
LANDS OF PRIME HOME DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, Prime Home Development, Inc.,a California Corporation,("Owner")has
offered to dedicate an easement to the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") on the Lands of
Prime Home Development, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the Grant of
Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public. -
2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July 1999.

GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
Prime Home Development, Inc., a California Corporation, ("Owner") of 12125 Oak
Park Court, Los Altos Hills, California, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
hereto, does hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of the State of
.California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive easement for sanitary sewer purposes,
together with a right of access thereto,on, under,over, and along the real property situated
in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described and
shown in Exhibit B attached hereto
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from all structures and
improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument.
