ORDINANCE NO. 375 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS. HILLS TO REPEAL AND AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS,. certain sections of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code are obsolete or inconsistent and should be amended or repealed; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as follows: 1. Amendment of Code. The following sections of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code regarding the drainage fund are hereby amended to read as follows: (a) The name of the title of Article 4, Chapter 3, Title 3 is hereby amended to read "Drainage Fund. " (b) Section 3-3.401 of Article 4, Chapter 3, Title 3 is hereby amended to read "There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the 'Drainage Fund. "' (c) Section 3-3 .402 of Article 4, Chapter 3, Title 3 is hereby amended to read in its entirety as .follows: "All funds received pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-1. 04 of Chapter 1 of Title 8 of this Code and Section 9-1.1106 (h) of Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 9 of this Code, as well as any additional sums authorized by the Council, shall be deposited in the Drainage Fund. " (d) All references to "Storm Drainage Assessment Fund" in Section 3-3.403 of Article 4, Chapter 3, Title 3 are hereby amended to read "Drainage Fund. " (e) Section 8-1. 04 of Chapter 1, Title 8 is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: "For the purpose of providing fees for planned drainage facilities as a condition precedent to the issuance of any building permit for the construction of any structure upon any property, the applicant shall pay to the Town a fee, to be determined pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Council, per square foot for the total square footage of all roofed and paved areas required for the completion of the structure or development covered by the building permit.
