• • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 380. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO PREZONE THE PROPERTY AT 11920 STONEBROOK DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction with the Quarry Hills Project("Project"), an application has been <br /> made to amend the Town's zoning ordinance to prezone the property located at 11920 Stonebrook Drive; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report(EIR)evaluating potential impacts of the Project <br /> has been prepared, circulated and certified by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the <br /> prezoning and recommended approval of the prezoning to the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing to consider the prezoning; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Prezoning. The property known as "Lands of Vidovich" located at 11920 Stonebrook <br /> Drive("Property")as further described in the attached Exhibit A, is hereby prezoned to Residential- <br /> Agricultural(R-A), and when the Property is annexed to the Town,the Residential-Agricultural(R-A) <br /> zoning designation of the Property shall become effective at the same time that the annexation becomes <br /> effective. <br /> 2.
