RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACKNOWLEDGING BUT REJECTING THE IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Lands of ISCA Assets 15,LLC)
WHEREAS, ISCA Assets 15, LLC ("Owner"), the owner of the property commonly known as
27640 Sherlock Road, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owner has offered to dedicate a certain portion of
their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS,the private road/driveway right-of-way does not conform to the Town standard;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby rejects on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way described and
depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 16th day of July, 2014 by the following vote:
AYES: Radford, Corrigan, Larsen, Waldeck
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Harpootlian

IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT DEDICATION
TO THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
(Lands of ISCA Assets 15, LLC)
THIS IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION is made this 16th day of
July ) 2014, by ISCA Assets 15, LLC ("Owner"), the owner of the property located
at 27640 Sherlock Road, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, a municipal corporation("Town").
Section 1. Owner does hereby offers to dedicate to Town an easement for street right
of way purposes and incidents thereto that portion of the real property situated in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit
A attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby rejects this offer of Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR OFFER OF DEDICATION

LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA
That portion of the parcel of land in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California as described in the deed to Marco Boerries and Andrea Boerries recorded
February 24, 2000 as Document Number 15159741 in the Recorder's Office of said County and
State described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northerly terminus of the course labeled as North 34005'00"East 193.9
feet" as shown on said Boerries Deed, said northerly terminus also being the most easterly
corner of the 1.90 acre tract as described in the deed to Ray C. Davis recorded May 18, 1938 in
Book 874 of Official Records at Page 393;thence along the northeasterly boundary of said
Boerries parcel South 34°45'00" East a distance of 193.87 feet; thence continuing along said
northeasterly boundary South 6090'00" East a distance of 113.85 feet; thence leaving said
northeasterly boundary South 34°20'12" East a distance of 107.02 feet to a point on the
southeasterly line of said Boerries parcel, said point bearing South 34°16'08" West a distance of
46.77 feet from the most easterly corner of said parcel; thence along said southeasterly line
South 34°16'08" West a distance of 64.44 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line North
34°20'12" West a distance of 185.62 feet; thence North 60°10'00" West a distance of 44.89 feet;
thence North 34°45'00" West a distance of 187.16 feet to the northwesterly line of said Boerries
parcel;thence along said northwesterly line of North 31'03'02" East a distance of 32.89 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 16,876 square feet, more or less.
The bearing North 34°45'00" West between two found monuments in the northeasterly line of
Boerries Parcel as depicted on the certain Record of Survey filed in Book 577 of Maps at Page
28, Santa Clara County Records, was used as the basis of all bearings in this description.
This legal description is based on a boundary survey by Wilson Land Surveys Inc. The attached
plat labeled"Exhibit B" is to be used to assist in retracing the lines of this description.
