HomeMy WebLinkAbout02/22/1956MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION 0 LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA FEBRUARY 22, 1956 The meeting of the Planning Commission of Loa Altos Hills mea called to order by the Chairman, William Simrell, Jr., at 8 P. M., February 22, 19569 at ourissims School, Los Altos Hills, Wifornis. Upon roll call, the following members mere present, William S Wells Jr., Thames Sherlock, Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, Proctor Milquist, Richard Bullis, Richard Dawson and Henry G. Paulman{ absent, Charles McCandless and Cedric Meeabee. Mr. Brost appeared before the planning commission with Mr. Sullivan in regard to subdivision of his property on Josefs Avenue. Due to the absence of Mr. McCandless, the town engineer, the matter was held over until the next meeting. Mr. Roland Gilbert of 1281 El Camino Real, Menlo Parke California, (telephone DAvenport 3-4721) appeared before the planning commission in regard to a resurvey of his 14 acres of land. The planning commission accepted the plot plan of Mr. Gilbert to be given to Town Engineer McCand- less for checking. Col. Goats, of Burka Avenue, reappeared before the planning commission in regard to the addition of a dining room to his house which is in vio- lation of the zoning ordinance. It was agreed by the members of the plan- ning commission that they would take another look at the proposed site for the rocs and make a decision at the next meeting. ' A latter from Mr. G. S. Nolte which we sent to him by the County Planning Oamission advising that the property of Mr. E. Young at Elens Avenue and Deer Creek ms disapproved because of Inadequate site for a septic tank. There being no further business, the meeting ws adjourned until 9 A. I&., Saturday, February 25, 1956, at the tomo hall. Town Clark Chal man L49 - 2 - I
