OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 25, 1956
The meeting of the Planning Commission of Los Altos Hills
was called to order by the Chairman, ?William Simrell, Jr., at
9:30 A. M., February 25, 1956, at Purissima School, Los Altos
Hills, California. This was an unofficial meeting as a quorum
was not present. The following members of the planning commis-
sion were present: William Simrell, Jr., Thomas Sherlock,
Charles McCandless, Cedric Macabee and Henry G. Paulman; absent,
Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, Proctor Milquist, Richard
Bullis, Richard Dawson.
Mr. Huff and Mr. Lacey appeared before the planning com-
mission and presented a tentative map for three one -acre sub-
division lots --the middle lot to include a 15 -ft. wide easement
1 for use by the other two lots. They will make the necessary
changes on the map and present itAity Clerk Paulman for $55.00 -
Mr. Fitzsimmons and Mr. Montague appeared before the plan-
ning commission and raised a question in regard to deeding the
30 -ft. strip from the center line of Miranda Avenue to the city.
Mr. McCandless is to study this further. Mr. George S. Cowie,
a prospective buyer of the above-mentioned property also appeared

before the planning commission.
The planning commission asked City Clerk Paulman to advise
Mr. Harlan Musch, Box 751, San Carlos, ,alifornia, to apply for
his building permit.
Thew being, no further business, the meeting was adjourned
until 8 P. id., Flednesday, Februeay 29, 19 6, at own hall.
