HomeMy WebLinkAbout02/29/1956v ' MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA FEBRUARY 29, 1956 The meeting of the Planning Commission of Los Altos Hills was called to order by the Chairman, William Simrell, Jr., on February 29, 1956, Los Altos Hills, California. The follow- ing members of the planning commission were present: Chairman William Simrell, Jr., Raymond Hoefler, James H. Stedman, Proctor Milquist, Thomas Sherlock, Richard Bullis, Richard Dawson. Absent, none. A variance application of Col. Goatee was presented % to build within 17 ft. of the street line. This application was accompanied by a $10.00 fee and petitions signed by adjoin- ing property owners with no objections. it was moved Dy Mr. Hoefler, seconded by Mr. Sherlock that the planning com- mission recommend to the city council the granting of this variance. Motion was carried unanimously. An application of Mr. Darwin Tielhet was presented to the planning commission to redivide his property (4-5/56 acres) into three lots, none less than one acre. This involved width of lots being cut down to less than one acre. After much discussion, the commission asked Mr. Tielhet to submit new maps showing the net acreage of all three lots. 4W There being no further business, the meeting was ad- journed until March 1, 1956, at which time an informal meeting will be held at Mr. Simrell's residence. —� City Clerk Chairman _ 2 _ 2-29-56
