A preliminary discussion of an application for soa&es through

Mrs. Gentry presented the map and outlined the situation.
Mr. Dungan wants to sell the full acre, but with only an
assonant to the street.

It is suggested that the access strip be made a part of
the parcel, and that the trees in question be protected
in the terms of the dead to the property.

Health Department has not approved all lots on property for
bulldinp sites.
The owner is completing work on a house on an approved sits,
but he cannot got approval of the entire nap because some of
the lots are not approved by the Health Department.

Objections to this map wero erprossed as followsl
1. Access to Fremont is not safe, as ono Is on a blind
corner and the other is below the crest of a hill.
2. This area must be considered a gyb"WoLom.
3. Got design of one site unsatisfactory.
4. Dr. Flynn's property solos March 12, 1')56. He has
not obtained Record of survey.

Not acreage must be fiL red from the 40 ft. line, but
we will request dedication of additional lit ft.
