'4/ Miss Hyman was appealing the decision of the Planning
Commission of May 2, 1957, which required that she

Mr. Theodore Dungan and Mr. Randleet represented Miss
Hyman.
Mr. William Geer appeared as an interested party as he
has a 15' access eacement through Miss Hyman's property.
The Planning Commission explained that a 40' right-of-
way on this property would freeze the division of land
to three Hyman parcels and one Geer parcel. (See
Subdivision Ordinance 6:13). If Miss Hyman wishes to
divide her property into four parcels she must dedicate
a 50' right-of-way the length of her property.
ADJOURNED TO STUDY SE,SION:
Further Discussion of Hyman Property.
A discussion of the Hyman road continued and various
solutions were explored. It was felt a private right-
of-way could be considered at this time since:
taw a) the school board shows no interest in this road.
b) Mr. Geer has no plans to develop his two remaining
parcels.
c) Miss Hyman has indicated that all she wants to do
is move an existing house from one parcel to another.
