RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS REQUESTING THAT THE SANTA
CLARA COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR COLLECT
DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES, THE 2014-2015 SEWER
SERVICE CHARGES,AND CONTRACTUAL
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT CHARGES FOR BOTH THE
PALO ALTO AND LOS ALTOS SEWER BASINS
WHEREAS, on August 7, 2007, the City Council set the annual sewer service charge for both
the Palo Alto and Los Altos Sewer Basins through the adoption of Resolution No. 63-07; and,
WHEREAS, a schedule, including assessor parcel numbers and amount to be collected has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Tax Collector requires an adopted resolution of the City
Council prior to enrollment of the sewer service charges on the property tax bill.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby RESOLVE
that the City Council approves the schedule of charges incorporated into this Resolution by
reference as Attachment 2 to the Staff Report for this Resolution, and requests the Santa Clara
County Tax Collector to collect delinquent sewer charges, the 2014-2015 sewer service charges
and contractual assessment district charges.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 16th day of July, 2014 by the following vote:
AYES: Radford', Corrigan, Larsen, Waldeck

ABSENT: Harpootlian
