There was no representative present from the Western ".tates Land Corporation. y It was the consensus of the Commissioners present, that adequate r planting could be used in preference to a fence. Mr. Gerald D. Marcus and Mr. Goodwin B. Steinberg commented that the Congrega- tion would cooperate with neighbors in any way in screen planting and providing sound barriers, but did not feel that a fence was neceasary. Mr. Steinberg presented a revised planting plan, and a copy of a letter sent to Mr. Paul B. Hunter, stating that there will be an additional ten (10) feet of planting along the northeast side of the Congregation Beth Am property line, adjacent to the Hunter property. 1'r. Hunter was present and stated that this would be satisfactory. Relative to parking areas being reduced from 260 cars to 244, due to addition planting as planned, it was the opinion that parking facilities will be adequate with the possibility of being able to use lawn areas on s_recial occasions, thus eliminating any on -street parking.
