HomeMy WebLinkAbout37-08 • • 37-08 RESOLUTION No. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE TO BE EFFECTIVE ON AUGUST 15,2008 WHEREAS, the last revision to the Town's fee schedule was approved on May 24, 2007, and; WHEREAS, City Council policy directs an annual review and update to the amounts charged for fees and to structure such fees in a reasonable, consistent and systematic basis; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve and adopt the attached revised schedule of "Fees, Deposits, Charges for Services, and Other Assessments (Exhibit I)." FURTHER RESOLVED,that the attached revised schedule of"Fees, Deposits, Charges for Service and Other Assessments" will become effective on August 15, 2008.
