After polling the Commission members, the date of 1arch 7, 1974, at 7:45 P."i., was set for the public {fearing on the Los Altos Hills Racquet Club's request for an amendment to the present Conditional Use Permit No. UP -3S0-73. Approved Tentative Subdivision Fla For Deer Par!: Acres Vs Stant P ann ng Consultant V asic rcvie�eed the tentative subdivision application for Deer Park Acres, and passed oat -a copy of the "Check List" to the Commission. Tan Geologist Cotton reviewed the geologic conditions of the subdivision including possible faults. Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic recommended that Condition 2n of `r the "Check List" be revised to include the recommendations of the Town Geologist,and revie+.,ed all items on the "Check List". - 2 - PLA4111% Co,:�IISSIOPI MINUTES - February 27, 1974 Commissioner Phillips stated the words "with sign" should be added to �W Item 13,"before satisfaction of the Pathway Committee and Town Engineer". Commissioners Young and Spencer stated they disagreed with Item 19, but the rest of the Commissioners, upon being polled, agreed with this Item. John Clegg, representing the applicant, spoke, requestinq Item 4 be omitted, as this had been accomplished. City Engineer Russell agreed with this request. Mr. Clegg also requested the words "or equestrian trail" be inserted in Item 13. At Commissioner Phillips' request, the condition that the improvement plans be presented to the Commission for review, prior to the Final aD being presented to the City Council for acceptance, was added. Mr. Murphy, representing the owner, stated that as part of the deed re- strictions, the condition will be added that no lot can be further sub- divided. .lr. Clegg stated that en Lot 24, a 159 feet conservation easement will be added along Arasadero Road. Piotion was made by Commissioner MAGRUDER, seconded by Commissioner PHILLIPS, this Tentative Subdivision map, dated December 31, 1973, be ap- proved, subjdct to the conditions in the "Check List", and the conditions by conditions e hearing,ande proposed dated February itionslistedduringthe final PIR be accepted. Town Geologist Cotton stated this particular land is in an earthquake fault.area, with the possibility of two faults running through the pro- posed building sites, and reviewed the type of Ceolonic problems which might arise. Jr, John Riley, representing the applicant, stated the applicant did not wish to incure additional geological expense at this tine, but would conduct the requested tests prior to submitting the final subdivision map. Town Geologist Cotton reviewed the geologic problems concerning the drainage of surface waters. Following discussion, Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic recommended Item 10 of the "Check List" be changed to include the recommendations of the Town Geologist in his memo of February 21, 1974. Itotion was made by Commissioner SPENCER, seconded by Commissioner YOUNG, this Tentative Subdivision Map be approved, subject to the conditions in the "Check List", and the conditions requested by the Town Geologist in his memo of February 21, 1974. 'lotion was approved, with Commissioner Perkins voting no. Motion was made by Commissioner SPENCER, seconded by Commissioner YOUNG, the proposed final EIR Report be accepted.
