meeting of November 13, 1974, as the members of the Commission were not

Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic stated the Council, at their meeting of
October 16, 1974, had removed from their consent calender, the variance for
the Lands of �'ianolakos, for a reduction in the !iesternly side yard setback
from 30 -feet to 23 -feet and the southernly side yard setback from 30 -feet to
22 -feet, in order to build a swimming pool. The request !Mill he considered

'.wring discussion, City Engineer Russell stated the Council ras concerned
that the Commission might not have addressed the six findings that must be
made in order for a variance to be granted.
