ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners SCHICK, LACHEHBRUCH, YOUNG. Absent: Commissioner HOME. STAFF City Engineer Russell, Assistant Planning Consultant Vlasic, Secretary Huffstetter. APPROVED BUILOLIG SITE APPROVAL REQUEST FOR MIDS OF CO, LOT 4, TRACT H0. 2516, FOOTHILL J REE Assistant PlanetnqConsultant Vlasic stated building site approval had been requested for the Lands of Co, consisting of 1.122 net acres, located on Elena Road, approximately 500 feet south of the Elena goad -Foothill Lane intersection. The staff, in their memo of October 15, 1074, recommended approval, subject to the conditions listed in the memo, and that this site be found categorically exempt from the orovisions of the California Environ- mental Quality Act. During uiscussion, among Bill Bunting, buyer of the property, Yale Jones, attornev for t1r. Bunting, the staff and the Commissioners concerning clarif- ication of the conditions recommended by the staff, City Engineer Russell requested a copy of the cross section on the proposed cuts on Elena Road. Discussion was held on the pathway request by the Pathway Committee. Com- missioner Schick recommended this requirement be changed to a pathway ease- ment not to exceed 10 -feet in width along the southeast portion of the pro- perty line, to accommodate the existing trail, and that this oathway ease- ment should be for equestrian and pedestrian use only. Motion was made by Commissioner LACHEHBRUCH, seconded by Commissioner SCHICK„ Building Site Approval request for the Lands of Co be approved, subject to the conditions listed in the October 15, 1974, staff memorandum and the change made by the Commissioners for Condition 6, as noted above, and that this application be declared exempt from the CEQA."lotion was unanimously `. approved. - 1 - VARIMICE AND PERMIT M71ISSIOFI - November 13, 1974 ADJOURNMENT Motion was made by Commissioner LACHENBRUCH, seconded by Commissioner SCHICK, the meeting be adjourned to Monday, November 25, 1974, at 7:15 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall.
