Commissioner Young called the meeting of the Variance and Permit Commission to
order in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Coad, Los Altos Hills,
at 7:24 P.J.

MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner SCHICK, seconded by Commissioner YOUNG, the
ilinutes of November 13, 1974, be approved as submitted. notion was unani-
mously approved.
APPROVED BUILDING SITE APPROVAL REQUEST FOR LAUDS OF BRO1111, LOT 18, TRACT 2')93,
BEAVER LANE, L S ALTOS HILLS
sistant Planning Lonsultant Vlasic stated building site approval had been
requested for the Lands of 3rown, consisting of 1.95 net acre, located at
the end of Beaver Lane. The staff, in their memo of November 20, 1974,
recommended approval, subject to the conditions listed in the memo, and the
site be found categorically exempt from the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
After discussion, motion was made by Commissioner SCHICK, seconded by Com-
missioner Young, the building site approval request for the Lands of Brown
be approved, subject to the conditions listed in the November 20, 1974,
staff memorandum, and the application be declared exempt from the CEQA.
Motion ,ias unanimously approved.
